Villa ALTA

 

Villa ALTA is located in La Vall de Laguar between Campell and Fleix at 400 meters above sea level. This altitude (Alta) in combination with the beautiful location between the Orba Valley and the higher Vall d 'Ebo provide beautiful views as far as the coastline of Dénia and Oliva.

 

You enter the villa to enter a spacious living room which has immediate access to the covered terrace with beautiful views of the coast and mountains. There is also a separate kitchen, guest toilet and storage room on this floor. Next to the house there is a garage (carport), and there is also sufficient parking space in front of the house.

 

The ground floor has 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a very spacious dressing room. Two double rooms and two single rooms have fitted wardrobes and ensure that a total of 8 people can enjoy a well-deserved holiday in complete comfort.

 

At garden level, the house has an outdoor barbecue and an indoor fully equipped kitchen. There are also plenty of places in the garden where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful nature.

 

The entire house has air conditioning and 5G WiFi network. Solar boilers ensure low energy consumption. The urbanization has a communal swimming pool with pool bar, restaurant, pilota, tennis. 

 

Accompaniment

Guidance is provided on 4 out of 7 days. Kurt Caboor cycles with you and provides a route along the most impressive roads in the region, with slopes alternating with flat sections. In consultation with the participants, a stopover is provided and the courses are optimized where necessary to suit everyone's level.

If you want to be guided for more than 4 days, no problem, everything is possible as an option and in consultation.
