Kurt is a 39-year-old "enthusiast" who caught the sports bug early in his youth. He was already racing at the age of 11, and eight years later he was competing in the top-level U23 category. However, his studies came first. Today, he still enjoys cycling, especially in Spain and the French Alps.
Driven by his passion for cycling, he started 'ToLiveFit' in 2015 together with his life partner Maaike. Initially based in Belgium, and since 2018 in the Spanish Jalón Valley at the foot of Col de Rates, the cycling paradise region of Calpe.
Our company focuses on supporting people towards a healthy lifestyle. The combination of sports, personal coaching, and vacation makes ToLiveFit unique in the industry.
Kurt therefore specializes in personally guiding people towards a healthy lifestyle or athletic goal. He completed the life coach and personal coach training with flying colors, and is also a certified sports nutrition advisor, mindful run, and mindful cycling instructor.

Patrick is an "enthusiast" who caught the sports bug early in his youth. He was already competing in cycling races at the age of 15, making the leap to the pros 7 years later. He participated in the Tour de France 4 times and the Vuelta a España once. To this day, he still enjoys cycling, especially in Spain, and continues to follow the sport very closely.
Driven by his passion for cycling, he has continued to follow the youth; he started various youth teams with many victories and gave many young riders a helping hand with advice and support. Among them are the one and only Remco Evenepoel, Olav Kooij, Harm Vanhoecke, Tim Marsman, and many more young talents.
ToLiveFit focuses on organizing unique cycling holidays. Unique because of our collaboration with Hotels, Villas, and B&Bs that cater to cyclists and, together with us, can offer specific added value. Patrick specializes in personally guiding cyclists, each at their own level. We also welcome cycling teams to prepare for the new season so they can start in top condition. We arrange your cycling holiday from A to Z, from airport to hotel!
